UCHIDA AeroFold Plus is the model redesigned AeroFold Classic adding more user friendly features and interfaces with higher processing speed up to 18,000 sheets per hour. Unique belt suction pick up and feeding mechanism allows many of sheets not only ordinary sheets, but also coated stocks, digital printed stocks as well as heavy stocks up to 160gsm for all folding patterns and 230gsm for single fold. Paper Size is available up to 330mm (W) x 488 (H), which covers SRA3 size as well as 13” x 19” paper too. Ultrasonic double feed detection helps less errors and jams and constant and stable sheet feeding and folding.
PRE-SET 6 STANDARD FOLDING PATERNS
Standard folding patterns such as Single, Double, Zig-zag, Letter, Gate and Parallel are all pre-set and just press key to recall folding patterns with automatic paper size detecting.
HIGH SPEED PROCESSING UP TO 18,000 SHEETS/HR
High speed processing speed is maximum 18,000 sheets/hour for Single Fold which helps less manpower and time to have such paper folding jobs.
BELT SUCTION FEEDING MECHANISM
